As well as traditional and modern recipes, I am able to make my cakes and cupcakes to suit people with strict diets, allergies or food intolerances, such as:
- Vegan and vegetarian diets
- Gluten-free / wheat-free
- Lactose-intolerant / dairy-free
- Nut-free

All my surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned before and after use. I use a Bosch Logixx dishwasher which has a ‘Hygiene Extra’ setting that performs a high-temperature final rinse, providing near sterilization. However I cannot guarantee that any product will be totally free of a particular ingredient down to the micron. If you have a severe allergy, please consult your GP before commissioning a cake.
